About Your Wellness Fair!

Welcome to the ARUP Virtual Wellness Fair!  Below is important information and dates you need to know.

Starting on January 11, 2024,You will have the opportunity to register for a variety of live presentations given by some of the best wellness professionals in their fields. We also have a great selection of pre-recorded wellness classes you can watch at your own convenience. From fitness to cooking demonstrations, we have something for everyone.

January 30 to February 2, 2024: During this week, you can attend all the ongoing live presentations you signed up for! After each live presentation there will be a Q&A session where you can ask questions and interact with the presenter. Don’t worry if you miss a class, each presentation will be recorded and will be available to watch through February 29, 2024.

PRIZES! It wouldn’t be a fair without PRIZES! We will be giving away prizes during each of the live presentations so make sure to attend as many presentations as possible for more chances to win!

GRAND PRIZE is a $50.00 Amazon Gift Card. To enter, all you have to do is fill out the short survey emailed to you after each live presentation. Good Luck! 

 

Calendar of events

  • Below is the calendar where you can sign-up to attend the live presentations and workshops.
  • Once you register, you will receive a link to log into the presentation on the day of event. Make sure to save this to your calendar.   
  • Good news! All sessions will be recorded and will be available until Feb 29th, so you can watch them at any time.
  • All participants will be able to ask questions and interact using the Zoom Q&A or Chat feature. 
  • Prizes will be given away during each session so make sure to attend as many presentations as possible for more chances to win.

Brysen French is an online personal trainer for work-from-home professionals, stay at home parents, retired folks, and seniors. He is a NASM certified personal trainer, 200 hour registered yoga teacher, D-1 wrestler, and International Jiu Jitsu Competitor. In 2020, Brysen took his business, Fitness&Mind LLC. online and saw the powerful impact he had on his clients, from the comfort of their home. 

Brysen offers private personal training, group fitness classes, yoga classes, and corporate fitness. He has a niche for understanding what is holding a client back both physically and mentally, and will help them find effective pathways to overcome even life-long hurdles.
